Why Grow Palms in the Desert?

San Tan Valley Palms was founded in 2017 as a way to share my passion for palm trees with others in my community. I started growing rare varieties of palms from seed 10 years ago to plant in my own yard. I was pleased with the result in my yard but as I looked around the community I saw the same four or five varieties of palm trees everywhere. I had a strong desire to share this variety and beauty with others in my community, so I decided to start a small business of growing these hard to find varieties. All of our palm trees are locally grown and raised from seed, so they are well adapted to our local growing conditions. I believe in helping others that share my passion so whether you are brand new to gardening or just new to palms I would love to help you find the right tree for your yard.
